Our Story

Our journey began in 2010 when founder Ahmet Yilmaz, a seasoned business executive with experience across Europe and the Middle East, recognized a critical gap in the Turkish business landscape. Despite Turkey's rapid economic growth and strategic position between East and West, businesses were struggling to adapt to changing market dynamics and implement global best practices within the unique Turkish context.

Starting with a small office in Istanbul and a team of just three coaches, we set out to create a coaching practice that would blend international expertise with deep local insights. Our initial focus was helping small and medium enterprises navigate Turkey's evolving regulatory environment and access new markets.

By 2015, our reputation for delivering measurable results had spread, allowing us to expand to Ankara and Izmir. We developed specialized programs for different industries and growth stages, from startup accelerators to corporate leadership development. The 2018 launch of our digital coaching platform marked a significant turning point, allowing us to reach businesses throughout Turkey and beyond.

Today, with over 25 certified coaches and a client portfolio spanning more than 500 businesses across Turkey and neighboring regions, we've established ourselves as the premier business coaching provider in the country. Our work has contributed to the creation of thousands of jobs, hundreds of millions in new revenue for our clients, and a stronger, more resilient Turkish business ecosystem.

Ahmet Yilmaz

Founder & CEO

With over 25 years of experience across multinational corporations and Turkish enterprises, Ahmet brings unique insights into scaling businesses in emerging markets. Before founding the company, he held executive positions at Unilever and McKinsey, specializing in organizational transformation and market expansion. Ahmet holds an MBA from INSEAD and regularly speaks at global business forums.

Zeynep Arslan

Chief Coaching Officer

Zeynep oversees our coaching methodologies and quality standards. With a background in organizational psychology and 15 years in leadership development, she ensures our coaching delivers measurable impacts. Zeynep pioneered our digital coaching platform and developed our coach certification program. She holds a Ph.D. from Boğaziçi University and multiple international coaching certifications.

Kerem Ozturk

Director of Strategy

Kerem leads our strategic initiatives and market research. His background in venture capital and startup acceleration gives him unique insights into emerging business trends and innovation pathways. Before joining our team, Kerem founded two successful tech startups and worked as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group. He holds degrees from Istanbul Technical University and MIT.

Elif Demir

Head of International Relations

Elif manages our global partnerships and cross-border coaching initiatives. With experience working across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, she specializes in helping Turkish businesses expand internationally and foreign companies enter the Turkish market. Elif previously worked at the Turkish Ministry of Commerce and HSBC's international business division. She speaks five languages and holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
